Before using our services, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering on our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Registration & Fees

• The minimum registration fee for Badhubaran Matrimony is ₹3,000, payable at the time of joining.

• Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

2. Documentation Requirements

• Applicants must provide accurate personal details, recent photographs, and valid identity proof during registration.

• In the case of divorcees, final settlement papers (photocopy) are mandatory for verification.

• For candidates with Government Jobs, official proof of employment may be required.

• False or incomplete information may result in cancellation of registration without refund.

3. Registration Period & Process

• Registration validity may vary: 6 months / 1 year / Until marriage success, depending on the chosen plan.

• After registration, clients are advised to book an office visit for profile review and updates.

• The matchmaking process begins once all required details are verified.

• Updates about new matches or communication will be shared via SMS or phone calls.

4. Astrology & Consultation Services

• Badhubaran Matrimony provides astrology-based compatibility checks and consultation through certified astrologers.

• If a client faces issues during the process, they may book a personalized astrology session (Service fee: ₹1,000).

• Astrology results and compatibility reports are advisory in nature and not guaranteed outcomes.

5. Payments & Success Charges

• Registration and processing fees must be paid in advance.

• A success fee of ₹10,000 will be charged once a final marriage settlement is achieved through our services.

• Payments once made are non-refundable.

• Badhubaran Matrimony reserves the right to revise or update fees at any time.

6. Confidentiality & Data Usage

• All personal data shared during registration will be treated as confidential and used solely for matchmaking purposes.

• Badhubaran Matrimony does not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.

• However, your profile may be shared with suitable matches for matrimonial purposes only.

7. Office Visit & Communication

• Clients are encouraged to visit our office in Bardhaman or Rishra for profile updates and follow-ups.

• Appointment booking is mandatory for in-person consultations to avoid inconvenience.

• Regular updates regarding potential matches will be shared via SMS or phone.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once registration is completed, fees will not be refunded under any condition.

• If any information provided is found to be false or misleading, the registration will be terminated immediately.

• Badhubaran Matrimony will not be responsible for any post-marriage disputes or personal issues between parties.

9. Responsibilities & Limitations

• The company acts only as a facilitator for matchmaking and does not guarantee marriage.

• All decisions regarding marriage are solely between the two families involved.

• Any misconduct, misuse of contact details, or unprofessional behavior will lead to immediate cancellation of services.

10. Legal Terms

• All disputes arising out of these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bardhaman Court, West Bengal.

• By registering with Badhubaran Matrimony, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
